Mom’s stuffing


My mom makes a killer stuffing for guinea fowl and for my sons birthday we were out of ideas on what to add to an already long list of food; we wanted to give something new and not the usual stuff.

The idea came to my mom the evening before the birthday and let me tell you… that was a brilliant one.
The ingredients that she uses are very simple and in every kitchen counter. The particularity of this stuffing is the sage that brings this stuffing to another level.
We decide to make small balls out of the stuffing and fried, can be baked as well.
The stuffing balls had a glorious success and now they are a staples on every gathering that we have.
